In 2013 he won Construction Law barrister of the year in the Acquisition International Legal Awards. He also has experience of planning and planning compensation cases.<\/p>\n<p>Property and Trusts<br \/>\nRichard is an experienced Property Lawyer acting regularly for clients in residential tenancy (including Social Housing) and commercial Leasehold disputes. He also acts for clients in other real property disputes, Leasehold enfranchisement, Mortgage Possession proceedings and in Trusts of Land, undue influence, probate and disputed inheritance and ancillary relief proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Private international Law<br \/>\nRichard has worked in Malaysia and Ireland and acts as a consultant on English Law to a boutique legal firm in Rome.<\/p>\n<p>Public Law<br \/>\nRichard acts regularly for Administrative Court Claimants and has experience of a wide range of Public Law actions including Judicial Review in Professional Regulatory matters, Local Authority Finance, Planning, Homelessness and Allocations, Community Care, Children Act Duties, Crown Court Bail, Education, Immigration and Mental Health,. He also has experience of applications for Habeus Corpus.
